ARESEP Operator is the mobile application available to public service operators, to consult information on nonconformities presented by users, under the supervision of ARESEP. Through this App, the operator can answer queries and find a solution to any situation that causes inconvenience. It allows constant communication between the operator and the user of the regulated service and they have proof elements such as images, videos and PDF files
